At the present time LoudKaraoke.com regrets that we are unable to accept personal checks or cash on delivery as payment methods. Cashier’s checks and money orders will be accepted for payment only with prior approval from a sales representative, please call for more information.

Shipping Information:
In the vast majority of cases, product is stocked and will be shipped within one business day if ordered before 2PM central standard time. In the event of a delay in shipment of your product of more than four business days, you will be contacted by a representative and given an option to change or cancel your order.

LoudKaraoke.com will ship products to valid addresses within the fifty United States and military APO/FPO addresses. Prior to shipment, your ship to address will be verified against the credit card utilized to fund the purchase. LoudKaraoke.com is currently unable to ship to Post Office (PO) boxes. Upon approval of our sales department we will ship internationally.

Product shipments will not be made until payment has been received in full by LoudKaraoke.com.

Shipping Methods:
Shipments will be made via United Parcel Service (UPS), The United States Postal Service (USPS), or any other carrier designated by LoudKaraoke.com. Shipping normally takes 5-7 business days.

Shipments to military addresses are delivered via USPS Express Mail as mandated by law; this typically results in an additional 7business days required for shipments.

Shipping and Handling Charges:
LoudKaraoke.com is pleased to offer free standard shipping on most orders over $99.00. Orders over a certain weight do not apply.

Returns:
LoudKaraoke.com will only accept returns of product when accompanied by a valid return material authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number can be obtained by calling LoudKaraoke.com’s return department during normal business hours. The RMA number should be clearly indicated on the exterior of any packaging used to return the product to LoudKaraoke.com. Any return must be authorized within fourteen (14) days of customer receipt of the shipment and include all original components and packaging.

Non-Defective Equipment Returns:
Non defective equipment (all products except CD / CD-G based media) returns shall be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The credit card used for the purchase will be credited for the balance of the purchase price of the returned product less the restocking fee, upon receipt and inspection by LoudKaraoke.com. If the returned product contains substituted or missing components, the replacement price of such components shall be added to the restocking fee and the restocking fee will be increased to 30% of the price paid for the product. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the shipment of the returned product to LoudKaraoke.com

Defective Equipment Returns:
Defective equipment (all products except CD / CD-G based media) may be returned to LoudKaraoke.com for exchange with identical products only. LoudKaraoke.com will arrange for the replacement product to be shipped to the customer upon receipt of the defective equipment. LoudKaraoke.com will provide return shipment information including provision for paying for the return shipments.

If, upon inspection of the product, it is found to be non-defective, it will be classified and processed and a ‘non-defective return’ and the cost of return shipment shall be deducted from the refund to the customer together with the restocking fee.

CD and CD-G Media Based Returns:
CD and CD-G media based returns will only be accepted if the packages are returned unopened. LoudKaraoke.com regrets that it can not receive returns for opened media due to copyright considerations. Due to the reseller status of LoudKaraoke.com, we can not guarantee the musical, lyrical, key, or graphics components of the media sold through our site. Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability:
LoudKaraoke.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from any individual or organization for any reason at any time. The LoudKaraoke.com site is provided on an "AS IS," "as available" basis. Neither LoudKaraoke nor its affiliates, subsidiaries, or designees nor each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, third-party content providers, designers, contractors, distributors, merchants, sponsors, licensors or the like (collectively, "associates") warrant that use of the LoudKaraoke.com site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Neither LoudKaraoke.com nor its associates warrant the accuracy, integrity or completeness of the content provided on the LoudKaraoke.com site or the products offered for sale on the LoudKaraoke.com site. Errors on Our Site:
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and LoudKaraoke.com reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, LoudKaraoke.com will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
