Shipping Information
Orders placed Weekdays before
2:00pm CST usually will ship the same day for UPS orders.
Orders placed Weekdays before 12:00pm CST usually will ship same day for USPS orders.
Orders placed after 2:00pm CST, UPS holidays, or on the weekends
will ship the following Business Day. Saturday/Sunday/Holidays
are NOT considered 'business days'. (For
example, if you select OVERNIGHT service
on a Friday BEFORE 2:00pm, the package would
be scheduled for delivery on the following
Monday. If Monday is a holiday, the package
would arrive on Tuesday.)
Please note: The shipping method you select
affects only the travel time after your order
is shipped. It does not affect the time it
takes us to process your order. Expected
processing time is one business day. Orders
received before 2:00 p.m. CST will likely
be shipped the same day, depending on our
volume.
We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays
or Holidays.
We cannot ship by UPS to Post
Office (PO) boxes. Only USPS can be mailed to a PO Boxes.
International Shipping:
International orders will ship through the
US Postal Service, please allow 2-3 weeks
for delivery from the time of your order.
We cannot ship machines or equipment Internationally.
USPS Shipping:
The cost of USPS is $4.99 (not available on all orders).
USPS is available to most orders in the United States.
Shipping weight is limited to 1 lb.
USPS is untraceable and in rare cases may take up to two weeks for delivery.
Most orders will only take 4-7 days.
If you need your order to be guaranteed by a certain date, we recommend that you select one of the UPS methods
UPS Ground Shipping:
Orders usually arrive 3 to 7 business days
after they are shipped depending on shipping
location.

UPS Third Day Shipping:
Orders will arrive within 3 business days
after they are shipped.
Available in the United States only.

UPS Second Day Shipping:
Orders will arrive within 2 business days
after they are shipped.

UPS Next Overnight Shipping:
Orders will arrive 1 business day after they
are shipped.

APO and FPO Shipping:
A military address is required for this option.
Shipping time to APO/FPO addresses may take
up to 2-3 weeks for delivery.
We can NOT ship machines or equipment to APO/FPO addresses.
Prior to shipment, your ship to address will
be verified against the credit card utilized
to fund the purchase.
Free Shipping Offer:
We offer free ground shipping on most orders over $99.00 with the exception of overweight merchandise.
Other Disclaimers:
A problem in verifying credit card funds
and/or addresses may result in a delayed
shipping date. We will attempt to contact
you as soon as such a problem arises.
Shipments to military addresses are delivered
via USPS Express Mail as mandated by law;
this typically results in an additional 7
business days required for shipments.
Returns:
LoudKaraoke.com will only accept returns of product when accompanied by a valid return material authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number can be obtained by calling LoudKaraoke.coms return department during normal business hours. The RMA number should be clearly indicated on the exterior of any packaging used to return the product to LoudKaraoke.com. Any return must be authorized within fourteen (14) days of customer receipt of the shipment and include all original components and packaging.
Non-Defective Equipment Returns:
Non-defective equipment (all products except CD / CD-G based media) returns are ineligible for refund, and is subject to the manufacturer's warranty.
Defective Equipment Returns:
Customer will be referred to the equipment manufacturer first as they have the most in depth knowledge of the equipment. Defective equipment (all products except CD / CD-G based media) may be returned to LoudKaraoke.com for exchange with identical products only. LoudKaraoke.com will arrange for the replacement product to be shipped to the customer upon receipt of the defective equipment. LoudKaraoke.com will provide return shipment information including provision for paying for the return shipments.
If, upon inspection of the product, it is found to be non-defective, it will be classified and processed and a non-defective return and the cost of return shipment shall be deducted from the refund to the customer together with the restocking fee.
CD and CDG Media Based Returns:
CD and CD-G media based returns will only be accepted if the packages are returned unopened. No refunds for opened CDs. Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipment. LoudKaraoke.com regrets that we can not receive returns for opened media due to copyright considerations. Due to the reseller status of LoudKaraoke.com, we can not guarantee the musical, lyrical, key, or graphic components of the media sold through our site.
Returns:
No refunds will be given after 30 days from purchase.
Software Returns:
No return labels will be issued for software. The customer can take the merchandise to the post office and send back at least expensive rate. No additional charges will be given back to the customer. Delivery confirmation, signature required etc. The customer will be credited back for the return shipping.
